For one price you get
professional research and filing of all necessary forms. These
packages include all filing fees (except where noted), publication and
duplication charges, and postage. Informational government
publications will also be provided to help guide you through the
business start-up process.
Not included are any
professional licenses or certifications that you may need for the
operation of your particular business. We may, however, be able
to help point you in the right direction to obtain these.
Additional services like
this will be quoted at a nominal hourly rate plus any applicable costs
(filing fees, etc.). Such services also include but are not
limited to locating and procuring pertinent government publications
and forms, application for an EIN or licenses for additional taxes,
application for bank accounts and financial services, etc.
While Kauffman's
SBS is not qualified to provide legal or financial advice, we can
work with you to locate the appropriate qualified professionals that
can help you in these areas.
